tr the tomato crop here michigan is overflowing right now so im juicing them parsley garlic clove this run
though some cheap pineapples just showed up on local radar so they could get involved
and im now running great omega 8005 so juicings a breeze

thats good to hear tracy because at this time of year with fresh crops in i have hard time fasting ,
and i want to keep at an at least 48 hour per week pace all year . and traveling in a convoy really
helps keep me focused
few more minutes of nibbling on this salad and im fasting for at minimum 48
I would like to get in on the Monday fasting club. I was going to start a fast today, on very short notice, but did not want to waste food I had already purchased. So I will fast Monday-Wednesday this week before going back to work. I plan on joining you in this weekly effort providing I can make it a regular thing.
I recently started working again, long days, and slipped from my mostly raw diet almost immediately. Not beating myself up, but need to recalibrate and fasts are the only way I know to get back on track. I've been away from this board for a while, and it shows on my waistline. I hope to check in here more often. Thanks!
good luck on your fasting work snowshoe ! i get same problem on long work days and time shortage putting me into a rush where i go hell with it im wolfing down anything vegan . usually my homemade trail mix gets me through but i get sick of it and need something else pdq when short on time . ive been thinking a savory trail mix with sun seeds / dry tomatoes - onions - mushrooms and other vegi stuff would do the trick , but i need to buy a huge dehydrator to get it going . actually im going to make one as can make a giant one for very cheap , just havent done so yet

tough fasting now adays with fresh local crops in along with california avacado
crop having been in prime harvest til recently , i think once avacado quality lessens
it'll be easier fasting for me as ive become huge avacado addict and dont like missing
any of the prime harvest days
I'm in for this Monday although I stopped eating about 8pm last night. Not sure how long I am doing this for. I have water with slices of lime - not eating the lime; just enjoying the citrus tang it gives to the water.
Im in. feeling good today. I started 6 pm last night. My 10 year old daughter is my new fasting coach Sorry MR.We watched Fat Sick and Nearly dead together so she wants me to fast for 30 days. I think Mondays for now...
sorry tracy and snowshoe couldnt go past 24 hours this week , i think here in harvest season its locked in back of my mind that its best time of year to eat the fresh local plants . and that come winter the plant supply shall be way less nutricious so thens the time to fast , plus spring then into summer until crops start coming in . but june july august septmber octobers sort of my eating season , i still like fasting during summer . but when i see the end of prime plant foods approaching because of winter in the fall i get in mind set to load up on vitamins and minerals for the winter

Day 1 for me and doing fine! First day is usually the hardest. This is only going to be a 3 day fast (unless I get a groove going). I am fairly new at my job, and not sure I want to be there in a fasting state yet.
