Freezing Juice?
I find clean up after juicing to be something I really don't want to engage in every day.... How long does juice stay fresh? Can I freeze batches and still retain all the nutrients? I'd LOVE to juice for what I'd need for say, 3 days or so, and just have handy containers I can thaw. Btw, you guys are great!:woot:

Well I think you are going to lose some nutritional value but for three days it should not be much. Oxidation will be a problem but if you get those vacum sealer things for jars they will help a lot. I forgot what they're called but I saw someone on one of these threads mention it. Its like a device that pumps the air out of the jar container and then seals it with a little rubber piece of tape. It's pretty sweet and it'll reduce oxidation by a lot. Maybe someone will chime in and explain it better than me

I juice for 2 - 3 days worth. I always add lemon or lime. Juice with cucumbers in it does not last more than 1 day. My green juice usually lasts at least 3 day.( spinach, celery, apple, lemon) Old nutrients are better than NO nutrients.
