My typical diet:
Breakfast: Green smoothie with little fruit
Snack: handful of nuts and seeds
Lunch: dehydrated flax crackers with avocado tomato
Snack: Fresh orange and nuts
Dinner: Fresh green juice or raw veggie soup with flax crackers
Warm water enemas twice a week
Drinking about 3 litres of water a day.
I'm not working at the moment as I've been too unwell. I don't have any stress other than being ill and trying to recover. My partner is also following the same diet and is very supportive (I'm sooo lucky!!).
I'm 5 foot 9 inches. Healthy weight is around 70 kilos - presently I'm 85 kilos. Very distressing as this is the heaviest I've ever been. I've not had issues with losing weight prior to getting sick. Should I eliminate anything from my diet to assist? Thanks.
