Hang in there Lucy. :throwhearts: I'm not sure if it's the energies right now or what but sadness and depression are kicking some folk's butts. You're def' not alone Lucy. All I know to do is to keep doing what I've been doing and know it'll pass. Haven't caved and don't plan on it. It does get better the more you keep at the lifestyle. I've observed it's this entire process I go through, especially playing or not playing, games with my own self about what I will and won't eat and what I will give into and what I won't.
For me it's knowing what's good for me and following through with that and breaking old habits. If I know it isn't beneficial and I keep doing it, I have to look at that. You just have to keep at it and trust yourself. For some food really isn't an issue for them and they just do it, but for others such as me and possibly you, we just have to keep at it to better our relationship with food. It does get better once again, just hold onto that. :hug I don't know. I can't tell you exactly what to do, only you can do that as you know yourself best.
