i was looking up things to avoid during a raw pregnancy and i came across this website .... www.susunweed.com it has a lot of info about what can keep u from getting pregnant , to incourage ur monthly cycle and things to avoid if u wish to have a healthy pregnancy . i was just trying to find things to avoid . please read fully and take cation with what u put into ur food .
