So I find it really easy when there's warm weather to eat raw food, but when it gets cold it's a lot harder for me to stick to being raw because i tend to get chilled and i cant warm up. Does anyone have any suggestions?? thanks!!!

Eat more calories! Especially carb calories from fruit or sprouted grain - whichever you prefer. Im never really cold as long as Im eating over 3,000 calories a day from my favorite sweet fruit(bananas and dates). :)
cayene pepper , maybe in a salad dressing or tomtato sauce , warms some
ive seen it said chill could be from iodine shortage . kelp holds iodine , good source www.seaveg.com
not raw but straight from earth is the herb yarrow in tea form , something in it is warming in my experience . read that way back in a herbal and found it to work for me
Ginger in warm water will warm you up.
hot peppers in small amounts in everything u eat . it will help u warm up and if u are doing soups i would warm it in ur dehydrator for a bit to make it slightly warm . if u dont have a dehydrator use ur stove till its warm to the touch (be careful not to boil it though)
really?! if I ate that many calories a day, I'd gain 2 or 3 pounds a week! lucky you...I love fruit. a lot! I'm jealous ;)
I'm all for the more calories thing but consuming more also takes more energy to digest, taking energy from heating. I always get really cold after I eat a lot.
Also yes to ginger! A naturopath told me that one.
Warm your food a little. If you’re blending something that needs water, add some warm water or blend for longer. Pop your plate of cold food over a small pot of boiling water and stir it for a few mintues. Anything that improves circulation will warm you up... goji berries, cayenne pepper, ginger tea, etc. Have small sips of hot herbal tea with your meals. Kneel on the floor, especially when you eat, this improves both circulation, digestion, speeds up detoxing and keeps cellulite away. Whenever I’m cold and want to warm up in a hurry, I jump into a warrior pose and hold it for a few minutes. Then I’ll do the other side. This forces blood flow to all my limbs and warms me up nicely. Give it a go :)
