Ginger to the Rescue!
Sometimes when we've been on raw food long we develop sensitive digestive systems. I know it's happened to myself (or maybe I've always had one).
Anyways, if you ever slip up and eat something funny, or you just want to calm some bloating...there is this wonderful ginger tonic that I make. It stores well in the fridge (just shake it up every time you use it, as it will settle). Also a great and easy pre=prepared addition to fresh vegetables juices and recipes for a nice combination of flavours: spicy, sweet and sour.
