I'm adding to juice right now, too, and it seems like I can handle a lot more that way. I've tried describing the feeling that garlic gives you. I know exactly what you're talking about. It's supertastic :D

A bit off-topic but since cayenne was brought up....
An old story about a friend who just turned 87. She and some friends who knew and know her quite well were at a commune awhile back. There was a group of gents there who didn't speak English and they saw this older lady liberally sprinkling this red stuff on her food. Thinking it must be something good, they did the same. She ate it with no problem. They, well, they embarrassed themselves a bit. :)
I guess it depends! If you're 4'9 and 70lbs, then yeah, an entire bulb is too much! But if you're an average sized adult it should be okay I think! If you're feeling ill then maybe swap a little of it for some onion just to get some variety?
