Raw Foods/Green Smoothie Challenge-June 1st
My name is Stacy and I'd really like to try and go 100% raw again. I started in February and have lost 33lbs since. Around Easter, I started eating cooked SAD foods and during finals (I'm a college student) I was not prepared at all. I ate nothing but frozen entrees and candy. Along with this, I lost motivation. However, although the food taste good and it was a nice break from my repetitive raw meals I did not feel good. I was not thriving like I was when I first started.
So, I'm ready to get down to it. I have been preparing myself mentally and recently began meditating. Although my summer is going to be super busy, for some reason I feel like I have peace in my life. It's weird. But anyway, I was thinking of doing a 30 day green smoothie challenge. I'd like to drink at least green smoothie a day. I'd love if others would join me! I plan on logging in everyday and posting the kind of smoothie I'll be consuming as well as the other raw foods I'll be eating through out the day.
