I like having salads a lot, usually 2 grated carrots, some kale, chopped broccoli, chopped apple, raisins, sunflower seeds or pepitas, olive oil, lemon juice, and some pink salt.
I also like

Or
raw mac and cheese. I once brought zucchini pasta, and that worked out well.
Oh, and I love marinated veggies too! I once brought asian style broccoli and carrots, and had that with cauliflower rice and ginger eggplant slices.
I've taken juice with me twice and had that, but I prefer being able to eat something rather than drink.. :p
