l'll get back to you on this when l have a proper qualified answer.

Picked up 20 kg of fenugreek and 10 kg of buckwheat yesterday.

Lots of interesting things happening behind the scenes at the moment, and eventhough my website is still quite rough and basic, some really well known raw food people have joined as members of the site. Have even had a couple of calls from Hippocrates Health Institute and developed a special sproutarian contact. l told her my story and she told me she got chills down her spine. Very soon Dr Brian and Ann-Marie Clement will be viewing it and l was asked to tell them my story about chia grass, so l better get my act together and get everything up to scratch so they don't think i'm a clown.
lt's been hard to get the filming underway because my sproutarian friend has been very busy, but he lent me the equipment this evening so filming will be starting very soon. We drank sprout juice all evening...went through many jars of it and talked about how we plan to introduce his grand daughter to the sprout diet to help her poor health.
People are definitely looking for a better way, and the sproutarian diet is the answer to a better way. lt's about time sprouts gain global popularity.
Strength on the sprout diet
lt's amazing how strong you get on a sprout diet. l have been weak all my life and was never able to lift much, and l never had much muscle at all. But now l can lift almost my weight (one 50 pound sack in each arm and carry them from the front yard to the back yard) without straining too hard, and that is without doing any special exercise. But l have been doing some weight exercises and push-ups in the last few days and already my muscle tone has noticably improved, it's incredible...things are getting toned so quickly....it's like l can notice a difference day by day. l do the weight exercises before l drink 24 oz of green juice (about 25 grams of predigested fully digestable protein) and the muscle stacks on. Then l do more weight exercise in the evening and have a heap of sea vegies and algaes within 30 minutes after. lt works! lt will be interesting to see where this ends.
When l first started the raw sprout diet l was weak and could only do one push-up and then collapse. Now [without exercise] l can do 30 push-ups before l feel fatigue. lf l exercise regularly and drink green sprout juice and algae, l reckon l will do amazing feats. This is a great experiment. Kulvinskas can lift many times his weight and proved how strong sproutarian can be in older years, and l reckon l could be strong in old age instead of weak.
Living Food: l will get back to you in the next few days.
l still don't know how to work my website, l have no idea. l can't post pics properly, l can't even edit or post inofrmation anymore, l can't even post on the forum again, and every time l write it goes backwards. Completely crazy! l will have to get my tech person to show me what to do. l have tried asking the people who own the server for help but their replies are double dutch...they might as well speak martian language. l will work it out in time.
You need to get away from a site-builder type website. I'd happily design you one for free and host it for free too if you'd like. If you are interested then you'd need to choose a suitable domain name and tell me how you would like it. If it became really successful then I might eventually have to charge you hosting but it would never be at more than cost. I could teach you how to update it so you would be able to have full control etc. Let me know.
We should have had these conversations 1 or 1.5 years ago; back then I was actively searching for information with a passion and soaked it up like a sponge, and I could have inundated you with all sorts of scientific data. By now most of the specific details have receded and I can just give you vague details to back up my (nonetheless true) statements. The fact that I learned as much as I could on dozens of different topics (instead of focusing on one or two) certainly doesn't help.Quote:
You say you have proof but you don't tell me what it is!
Mr Raw says that he developed a nearly photographic memory when he was a sproutarian before - I'm convinced that I'll reach that stage myself, and when I do I'll re-learn everything I did before (and then some) and give you more scientific data then you'll know what to do with.
Read this if you're interested on more information on weeds - as a gardener you might find it very useful
Mr Raw - how long did it take you before you got your almost photographic memory the first time you went sproutarian?
My way with weeds is much closer to that which I have started reading about on your link than perhaps you think it is. I am a great fan of purslane - glad I'm not alone in thinking it does some good. It is good eating too :) Anyone here tried sprouting Himalayan Balsam? It grows here like crazy and seeds profusely. We have lots of lovely bumble bees that visit the flowers.
I wrote a long post on this and the whole thing disappeared when my computer closed this website for some reason, so I'll just settle with saying that I've also made incredible gains in strength as a sproutarian. If you want to be an Olympic weight lifter this is the way to go.Quote:

Recently I've been doing much less exercise because I'm also doing lots of things and spreading the sproutarian message now, but I'm going to get back into a more strict routine. I always feel even better when I'm exercising daily.
Great! I'm looking forward to seeing your site get up and running. I'll help any way I can, though you know I'm not too tech-savvy myself.Quote:

You should put the videos on both your site and youtube, then on youtube you could comment on it and direct people to your site.Quote:

Broccoli rapini is cheaper than broccoli sprout seeds
Perhaps not, but it is possible that for the "sprouting seeds" they use a storage system that costs more money and is not generally affordable for widespread use. This is not beyond possibility.Quote:
I think it's a reason given by companies who sell "sprouting" seeds so that they can hike their prices.
I share a little bit of your skepticism but I am certain that Mr Raw and Living Food are not leading us down the wrong path. It's true that I am not certain that weeds and grass are any more nutritious than other veggies and I don't know a thing about the "harmonics" of a plant.
What I do know is that green stuff is good for you! Weeds and grass are free and sprouts are cheap! If those guys are right about the other stuff, that is a bonus!
That could be something to seriously consider.Quote:

l'm not sure, but it didn't take too long, maybe two years. But l always had a great memory as a young man and could memorise 300 words in order in another language within about 30 minutes on an SAD diet.
Purslane is one of the only known plant sources of the EPA fatty acid. The only other known source is kelp, but purslane has much more EPA and is a reliable source. lf non-sproutarian vegans (most vegans) consumed purslane they would do much better. Unfortunately l have never been able to find it.
l will provide the science in time so everyone is convinced. l will pester Dr Hunt until she speaks to me.
Anyway, l know that sprouts are much more nutritious because the power is contained in the seed and given to the immature plant (many reasons for this). Just think of this....you can blend or microwave water and still grow sprouted seeds with it into immature greens, but if you do this with mature plants they will die. This is because sprouts have a vitality that no other plants have...vitality stored in the seed that is released into the baby plant, but there becomes a time (shortly after...when the plant becomes more mature) where that vitality runs out and the plant becomes reliant on quality water and soil to continue it's journey of health.
l'm sure that if you watered weeds with microwave/blended water, they would die too. But not so with weed sprouts.
I actually don't need any more convincing. Veggies are expensive. Weeds and grass are free! Sprouts are cheap. That much I do know.Quote:

Dang it. No photographic memory for me.Quote:

On the other hand, some people seem to develop photographic memories while fasting for long perids of time, so if I eventually end up living on sprout, grass + weed juice I might get one...
It's not really that important to me, but it would really come in handy to be able to memorize scientific data from dozens or hundreds of different sources and be able to quote from it effortlessly. It would be much easier to convince people that sproutarianism is the way to go if I had that sort of science to back me up.
Me neither.Quote:
