Cafe on the ground floor.

Restaurant on the first floor.

Yoga and Pilates above that and spa treatment rooms at the top.

It was a one stop for all your health needs!

The restaurant was superb. The atmosphere was just right and very tasteful.

We had complimentary kale chips and a lovely juice each.

I had pickled beetroot, golden beetroot, kohlrabi and carrot crudites with beetroot humus.

My boyfriend had beetroot ravioli filled with aged cashew cheese with rocket and raw parmesan style. It was amazing and I was very envious!

I took a look in the kitchen and it was so nice to see such a calm and non smelly restaurant kitchen!

I recommend this place highly should you ever be that way!
