in order, somewhat:
moringa oleifera leaf powder < 10g provides about 35% of your daily iron
pumpkin seed < 1 oz/28g provides about 30%
goji berries < 1 oz provides about 20%
cashews
hemp protein
red cabbage
spirulina
sunflower seed
turmeric root, if you use spices
broccoli
cucumber
cocoa powder
also leafy greens
btw, I have heard of people not being able to absorb enough iron even if they get it through their diet, unless it is from animal sources. Could anyone enlighten me on that?
