I'm new to the Raw Food.
I started a couple weeks ago.
Feel great.
Tastes great.
Can totally stick to it.
But I'm a fifteen year old guy.
And I'm kinda worrying about not getting enough calories throughout the day.
I might get around 1000.
And I don't want to be an anemic, muscle-less guy.
So could you suggest some fruit or vegetables high in calories and fat.
I'm a little cautious toward nuts and seeds because it's hard to tell if it's raw or not.
