How about grinding the chia seeds (or flax seeds) first, and then allowing that to gel up your mixture? Hmmm... need to try this. :)

Yeah... i was telling my wife about the revelation of chia seeds and I was like "i just wonder if they would be too crunchy" Which she then smacked my head and said "grind them you idiot".
Ah, what would us guys do without our better halves. :D
Irish moss gel will thicken it up also
