Becoming a raw foodist was an intrinsic part of Shazzie's journey towards mental, spiritual and physical freedom. Out went the house, the job, the country (for a while), the man, and the fear. In came exhilaration. For the first time ever, Shazzie was loving life. She felt like she'd been rebuilt in every way. No more crippling period pains, no more bad skin, back ache resolving itself, and finally (thankfully!!) no more depression. Shazzie had been seeking this happiness all her life. Only allowing positive energy into her body gave her this relief.
In 2004, Shazzie gave birth to her beautiful daughter Evie. She's also a raw foodist. She was breastfed until her fourth birthday, she's unvaccinated, co-sleeps and is as natural as someone can be in the UK! She's happy, intelligent and very healthy. Shazzie and Evie live together in Cambridge, UK until their imminent relocation down south.
