I just wanted to share a recent experience, last Friday after I nap I woke up feeling out of breath and pressure on my chest. I cancelled my schedule jog date and laid down the rest of the evening. Next day I still have shortness of breath so I went to our local MEDExpress I figured it was my sinus however they thought differently. After a EKG I was sent to our local hospital for more tests. Finally 36 hrs later I am release with a script for GAS thankfully, LOL. ( I survived my hospital stay eating bananas, lo :)
I get home and can't wait to eat my favorite new food raw pizza, I'll be darn... the same exact thing happened again. Needless to say I didn't run so quick to the hospital. After a day I was feeling better again and able to determine CASHEWs are not my friend :(
Last week I was so excited to make the cashew cheese I think I'd eaten it everyday I guess I went a little over board. For now on I will have to stay on a rotation making sure to eat different nuts every day.
This has been my first food reaction since starting 100% raw approx 10 weeks ago. No complaints here, still feel great... losing weight with out trying... my face is getting a plumplyness to almost erase the few lines I had. My husband so happy I am no longer complaining about not feeling good. And I even had a nurse drilling me about being a raw vegan cause she is interested also :) :) WAY TO GO!!!!!

I've had cashews before that were made into a cheese and left out of the fridge overnight... what a terrible feeling it was 10 minutes after I ated. I've got this same feeling from raw peanuts as well.
i have discovered that macs and brazil nuts hate me with a fiery passion.
