Wow! Everytime I go to my chiropractor and he does reflexology on me, I about fly off the table when he presses the reflex points for my gallbladder. He usually pins me up for gallbladder and I go home.
Recently, I visited a Nutritionist/Naturapathic Doctor who explained to me that my liver could not handle the amount of mucus my body is producing as a result of food allergies. (My thyroid is normal, thank goodness.) So, my gallbladder sensitivity is the result of my clogged liver. Interesting!!
My typical morning juice consists of 4 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1/4 beet and sometimes a wedge of cabbage as he told me to eat lots of cabbage and a TBS of Barley Max. I guess I should add lime. I'm supposed to be taking 1 Tbs. of Flax Seed Oil three times a day which I was until I ran out. :o This is very good to know, I'm going to revise my morning juice.

Anyway... thanks for the info on the juice.. I too am hyp and have mucho weight. Doctor told me I ahd a "fatty liver" also but did not tell me how to get rid of it.. Just shoved some pills at me.. which I won't take... it has been a year.. I just can not see taking pills the rest of my life for ANYTHING when I know that what ever ails you can be fixed with diet... yeah I know I am fat and just now following what I have known all along.. Guess it is my time...

I know my hubby has felt fantastic today and it is all because I ahve MADE HIM eat better this weekend.. not so much sinus drainage... because I kept milk from him... and made him drink my green juice four times this weekend... for him that was good.. he is like a child when it comes to veggies... :D
