I made the zucchini bread recipe and oh my its delicious, I don't know if I will have any left if I don't keep out of the dehydrator. lol I didn't have any cardamon, what kind of flavor does that add? Does it freeze well?
I made the zucchini hummus and I love it! Going to put it on a veggy wrap and dip cucumbers in.
I made the Italian zucchini chips, don't know how that taste cause its in the marinade, which buy that way I love!!
***update- TASTE AWESOME!!! They weren't crunchy yet still in the dehydrator but the taste is great!
Can you tell a pattern here?? I have so much zucchini in my garden I am trying to keep up with them. :)
