Let's get this party started!!!!

If this site is gonna grow, we need to post more often.

Today I celebrate 8 months raw!!! Cool.

I'm a totally different person, because I truly feel the things you put into your body reflect on your emotions and obviously your physical wellbeing.

I wish I could leave my work and spread the word of raw. I'm serious. Maybe not a religious type thing, but just getting to people and showing them how raw works.

It's so simple to explain. "Eat what the earth gives you."

Loose weight...feel great!!!!!!

I'll say one thing, the advertisers and marketing people make it tough. The U.S. consumer is so brainwashed it's not even funny.

I tell my friends....spend a month with me on raw and you'll loose 20 lbs and feel great. Your mental clarity and energy levels will increase. It's all done naturally and by not using drugs or chemicals.

I'm not a spiritual kinda guy, but I feel closer to nature and some high power because of the way I'm living my life.

Lets get raw on the map. Let's start a revolution of sorts.

Yeah MB!!! Let's get this house rawkin'! Ok, I joined you in the Oprah effort. I emailed the producers that they should do a show on this. I've been raw exactly 3 months....my 3 month pic will be going up on my journal on Monday. I'll see if I can add it in the gallery. So, I lost 26 pounds in 2 months on raw, weight has been steady/very slow loss since then. I'm thrilled with my food choices with raw!! I'm never tempted to go off. I'm looking younger every day.

I agree! Well, the site is just about finished, and you should be able to post pictures and journals within another day or so.
Already there are about 50 people joined, not bad for a little over a week! But to all you lurkers, write you questions, tell us your thoughts!
I get soooo many emails a day asking specific questions about raw, come here and post so I can answer them in more detail for all to see!

monkeyboy, Great story! It’s a weird thing that when you go raw you automatically want to spread the word and tell everybody. It’s not like a regular diet in that you feel so unbelievably good and your life starts to change so much that it’s hard to keep it to yourself.

I wanted to shout it from the rooftops when I first went raw about how good I felt, how anybody can do this and why they should. It was hard for me to see people who were sick and tired and overweight and depressed and not want to go right up to them and say, “Hey, I found the answer!!! Let me share it with you and you will experience profound changes in your life and optimal health and be happier then you could ever imagine was possible just from changing your diet! And it won’t take years or months or even weeks but it can happen to you within days”

That’s why I do what I do for a living I guess. I just couldn’t imagine doing something that didn’t matter.
