how do you remineralize teeth for enamel??

I am frieking out cause my top 2 front teeth look like edge is see- thru. I cant remember if it was like but I dont think so. I think its been in the last 3 weeks. I hardly have any fruit, or citrus, never soda or anything. I have used prescription tooth soap for years - And I never had problems with my teeth!

Any suggestions?

I will be watching this thread because my front two teeth have enamel issues due to my addiction to lemons and limes when I was younger. I could get veneers or lumineers but I found out per tooth it is $1100!!!!!
I might try oil pulling because I have heard it helps teeth health but not sure if it will help enamel issues.

I'll be watching, too, several yrs ago lost 65 lbs, and every day for dessert I ate 2-3 lemon ices! It really took a toll on my front teeth! Who knew? :confused:

anybody use the magnesium oil on their teeth?
looks really good for alot of stuff but it said something about translucent look on teeth, I want them less translucent but not sure I understand

is wheatgrass good to hold in your mouth for the teeth? I know its good for the gums.

It could be staining of the teeth.

I started using the magnesium oil a little while before I noticed my 2 cavities healed. I use that stuff for more then just teeth too, it's an amazing product! I'm starting to wonder if diet really has much to do with healing teeth because my last 2 cavities healed while I was fasting! Of course I was drinking liquids like marine phytoplankton, ormus gold, magnesium oil, cacao, medicinal mushrooms & herbs :D

Is your toothbrush made with natural bristles or is it plastic? I could never go back to using plastic after I saw & felt the difference a natural bristle brush makes. And they are way cheaper, like 2 bucks!

Whole Foods Market. But you can get them online.. the brand I use is Fuchs.

How bad were your teeth and cavities when you started using this stuff? I have really bad teeth, lots of cavities (I was homeless for about 2 years and wasn't able to take care of my teeth the way i would have liked).

I think a cavity is a cavity no matter the size. If a small one can heal so can a large one. Mine were not large but they were at the top and under my gums a bit on my front 2 teeth and they were black & I could feel the holes when running my tongue over them.
