I recently took a class with Chaya in Eugene Oregon who worked with her for years. Her dishes were so amazingly good; she said they were influenced by Elaina's recipe, and I'm looking to buy Elaina's raw food prep books now. Wish I could go! You're talking about Elaina Love, right?
