I was thinking of prepping these homemade for the hubby--but no idea what to throw together aside from tomato. Anyone know?
i call it "my kinda juice":) Someone once told me they had a relative who worked where they made the v-8 juice and when they had a spill they shoveled it up and put it back in the vat and kept on bottling it.
I take a couple of ripe tomatoes
1 beet
several stalks of celery
1 red onion
a garlic clove
some kale greens or collards and juice them in my juicer and then i mix it with a fork and sprinkle in a little sea salt.
We really like it.
