"hot" chocolate??
I want to make some warm chocolate to go with our raw gingerbread men.
Can't seem to find any recipes.... I know I have all the necessary ingredients... I just don't know method or proportions. any ideas?
What I THINK should be in it:
Cashew milk
cacao powder
vanilla
pinch of salt
agave nectar (and stevia)

I just blend soaked dates with choco powder and dash of vanila bean - cashew milk is Ok but not necessary for my taste:)

Sounds great! Also, where is this "raw gingerbread men" recipe? :)

I blend warm almond milk, cacao powder, banana, agave and a bit of vanilla. You don't really taste the banana but it makes it thicker and creamier, and you don't have to add so much agave. You could even get a bit creative and top it with cashew cream, sprinkles (shredded dried coconut, cinnamon, shredded raw choc, you get the picture) and chunks of coconut meat for marshmallows!

thanks, guys!
I made it tonight, and blended soaked cashews with warm water, then added cacao powder, vanilla, agave, pinch of salt, peppermint extract.
YUM. Even dh liked it! (he didn't like the gingerbread men tho.... we added agave on top, and they were a little better.)
