Parsley, (beet greens maybe kale ), 1/4-1/2 a lemon or not, green apple, lots of celery, 1 carrot. Delightful, delicious, detoxing, and did I say sooo good?

pomegranate and orange is AWESOME. cuts down on the tartness/bitterness of the pomegranate just enuff to let the flavors really come through. remove the skin and the white inner membranes of the pom before you juice it though and just juice the fleshy seed-pods.

remove the skin, then inside the skin there are 4 or 5 segments that the pom is separated into by white membranes. remove these because these are bitter. the clear membranes that hold the red juicy flesh surrounding the seeds and holding each little "seed packet" into its teardrop shape, these are ok, not bitter. juice these, thats where the juice is. just remove the pom outer skin and teh 4 or 5 white "separator" membranes inside.
did you juice the pom skin??

Just use a normal citrus juicer, the little plastic ones that you can surely find at Target etc, to juice pomegranates.
That way you get the juice without the pits.

I like to juice - carrot, apple, beets and spinach together. But be careful you only do a very small amount (slice) of beet. It is very strong and will overpower your juice if you do too much!
I juice several applies, some greens like kale, and here's the special part. I juice a whole organic lemon, peel and all. Wonderful and zingy. If I can't locate an organic lemon, I just squeeze the juice in from a conventional one.
