oh yes, i was reading another area of this raw food talk place and one of the people mentioned calorie counts for rebounding.
here they are:
Linda Brooks notes that a 154 pound person will burn 1440 calories/hour running on a rebounder, whereas a regular runner would only burn 750. The flushing of the lymphatic system, though, may be even more important to weight loss, since so many people carry excess fluid weight there.

My wife bought a Rebounder last year and now I am down enough to use it too. But I have to wait for a bit to heal up some more first. But I will put it next to my treadmill and in about 3 months I will give that a go. It sure has no Impact to it. It would be easy on the joints too. I like burning up Calories too.
