Question about Dehydrators
Iam new to RAW but very interested. I have a history of getting excited and then abandoning my new ideas?
But I would really like to get into dehydrating, particularly Onion Bread, etc. I can get a small round Nesco Dehydrator for less than $50 online from WalMart. It would be find for small items like drying fruit, chips, etc. It is small and round as compared to Excalibur for about $100 with pull out trays. It seems that making Onion Bread, some desserts, etc., would not work well on the small round trays with a hole in the middle, etc.
