What can I do with sprouted grains?
I recently bought some buckwheat and oat groats and I plan on sprouting them soon. How can I eat them once they're sprouted? Do I just grab a spoon and pop them in my mouth or does anyone have any easy recipies that don't require a food processor or dehydrator?
Last week I sprouted barley, that was pretty good. I ate it with soymilk (I know, I know, not raw) and strawberries, just like cereal. It wasn't as good as the cereal I'm used to eating though.
