My mom told me the only time a banana is truly ripe is when it's all the way brown.
I think the ones that are truly ripe when all the way brown (or black) is the natural unadultered one. Not the ones that we eat, which are genetically modified I am led to believe.
They are still a staple in my diet.
I think that genetically modified is too strong a term. They are hybrids but not GM.Quote:
