I seem to be very acidic these days is there a way to restore my ph. Body chemistry is all off suffering from extreme dryness and flaking hair breakage the whole nine. Diet info simple
Breakfast: Banana, Apple and Grapefruit or whatever fruit is the cheapest this week.
Snack: Superfood green drink
Lunch: Salad all kinds of greens
Snack: Goji berries or maybe another piece of fruit, dulse
Dinner: A salad or either a green smoothie depend on how hungry I am.
Supplements: multvit, cod liver oil tablet 2x a day, udo oil 1 tablespoon a day.
