Level 1 Chef Certification Class in Marina Del Rey, CA this Sunday

This 6-hour class is at my home in Playa Del Rey, CA on Sunday, June 11. It starts at 11:00 a.m. and goes until 5:00 p.m. It's a very relaxed and casual atmosphere, and I encourage lots of questions and interaction. Everyone's been quite happy with the class (you can see some of the comments of former students on my website).

I encourage people to take lots of classes. :) That's one of the best ways to STAY raw is knowing how to prepare food yourself. {There are other tools as well for staying raw, which we can also discuss.} I spend a lot of personal time with people, talking about the raw food diet/lifestyle, how to stay raw, other issues and/or concerns, whatever comes up.
