I made it! I made it! I feel so much better. Did I tell you yesterday that I had already lost 5 lbs. LOL!

I feel SOOOOOOOOO much more alive. I haven't had time to get to the message board, but I will soon. Every time I fall off, I learn SO much more, as I saddle up again, ya know?

I can't wait to tell you all the horrors of suddenly falling off and the redemption I quickly experienced as I suddely switched back.

I will try to write more later, my friends!
