This morning I didn't eat as much as I should but work was really busy and I only had an apple mid morning then a handful of nuts here and there.
But, I'm eating the salad I made for lunch (pictured in last nights entry) and omigod it is better then it looks!!!!!! This has got to be the best salad I have ever had. I know it's nothing complicated but just the mixture of veggies and the orange/tahini dressing.......it's too good for words.
It's meals like this that get me back on track when I feel like I'm struggling and slipping, which I have been feeling over the last couple of days.
Here's to RAW!!! Hip hip hooray!!!!!!!!
