Progress, not Perfection
I had one minor slip yesterday and had a SAD meal. I think that this week has just been an emotional one for me and I tried to comfort myself with food. As usual, it didn't work! I am back on track today and just trying to be mindful that it's about progress and not perfection so that I don't beat myself up too badly.
The plan today is to eat relatively light and to get a salad for lunch when I go out. Tonight I think that I will try mixing kale and grapefruit will a little bit of agave to see how it tastes.
