I haven't checked in for awhile so I thought that I would update my blog.
I am eating 85% raw right now. Here's what I eat in typical day.
Barley/wheat grass powder mixed in water
Carrot juice
Raisins and raw almonds
Barley/wheat grass powder mixed in water
Carrot juice
Huge salad with assorted veggies, olive oil and lemon dressing
Package of melba toast
Smoothie or a banana
Barley/wheat grass powder mixed in water
Carrot juice
Small portion of cooked food like brown rice with veggies or maybe just a veggie plate
Dates or a piece of fruit.
Some days I do all raw but if I feel myself slipping I have a little cooked and that keeps me on track.
I am down to 139.6 lbs and my waist is down to 31". I have also lost inches from my bust and hips.
I feel really good and my sinuses are under control. That is the best part. The carrot juice really helps me as well as the barley/wheat grass.
