what what what????
I got on the scale this morning and I only lost 1.5 lbs. this week? How is that? I honestly thought I had done better this week then I had last week and last week I lost 6.5 lbs. Hmmmmm, this confuses the hell out of me!
Alright, I've already decided in the begining of this journey that I wasn't going to beat myself up over these things because it's all towards greater health so the weight shouldn't be the number one priority. The weight will decrease in time.
So I'll keep working toward optimum health without forcing it and struggling and stressing............that defeats the purpose right?
