I really want to send a huge THANK YOU out to everyone who replies here with encouraging words!!!! I know I talk a lot about what's getting me down, etc. But honestly I am committed. Just having difficulties sometimes. But I'm not giving up. Even if I do slip here and there, well... I'm still doing way better than I was or would be if I were to quit.
Yesterday I was noticing how smooth my face skin is getting... and my hands are no longer painfully dry. They are still dry, but not to the extent they were. And I was really feeling "good" for once.
I really cannot understand why I just can't talk myself into exercising. I have a fab. horizon treadmill I can use (since it's still wintery here), but I just can't seem to talk myself into getting on there. I "REALLY" need to do that.
I made myself a smoothie this morning... mostly fruit with a handfull of spinach. I also put in some ground flax seeds.
Unfortunately I'm up 2.5 lbs from where I was... due to eating some cooked food and junk foods. I'm saddened by that... and after yesterdays binge I had such a bad stomach ache. I have to say right now my fav food is hands down... cucumbers. I wish I could eat two a day!!!
