Ok, this isn't a raw food pic, but this is how I feel on raw
Yesterday was so beautiful out that we took the boys to the park for some kite flying. We were not the only people in that frame of thought. There were like 10 other kites flying too. It was such a happy sight to see. This is my butterfly kite laughing in the wind.

Then after the park we stopped by my in-laws who live just a block away and sat out on their covered patio watching the birds and lizards. We sat there for hours it was so pretty out. My in-laws are avid bird watchers and showed me all the local birds and explained their different behaviors, etc. Very interesting. They have the neatest lizards living in their flower beds and trellis. The lizards change color rather fast too; from green to brown with in seconds. So cool to watch. It was nice to not be in a rush, and to be able to just sit there and enjoy all the life around us. Living in the city we often forget that I think.
