Losing lean body mass

Today I found out something I did not like, it has to do with my weight loss. This morning when I weighed, I also checked my body fat. The scales showed by body fat as 20% and my weight as 174.5 lbs. This means that my other than body fat is at 139.6 lbs. One month ago I weighed 184.5 and my body fat was 22%, which means that at that time my lean mass was 143.6 lbs. So in a month, I have loss 10 pounds, almost 6 pounds was fat, but 4 pounds of lean mass has been loss.![]()
Losing lean mass is not what I want. So today I added whey protein powder back into my diet. I have also decided that I must go heavier on my weights to add lean mass back to my body. When I finish up my whey protein I will look into getting hemp protein or some other raw vegan protein source.
