My diet is going quite well. Today is day 5 of my second 30 trail. My first 30 day trail I hate raw meat and dairy along with raw fruit, vegetables, and nuts. This trail I'm dropping all meat and dairy products. I'm concentrating on fruits and vegetables with very few nuts. I'm shooting for a high carb, low protein, and low fat raw vegan diet. I am aiming to achieve 93% raw. I eat 6 meals a day for a weeking total of 42 meals. Out of those 42 meals I eat out for 3 of those meals with other people who are not living a raw life style and on those 3 meals, I eat whatever I want to eat. So 3 meals out of 42 meals leaves me with a 93% raw average. Actually, part of those three meals are usually salads, so my average may be higher.
