Well I'm writing this at the beginning of Day 6 actually.
Day 5 was rough and I slipped a little but didn't let myself slide too far. I finally rid myself of that headache on Thursday and didn't want it back on Friday so I skipped the smoothie and just had a pear to eat.
I think that was a problem because I didn't eat much and even though I wasn't real hungry during the day, I was cranky and had temptation thoughts. I stayed raw thru the day though having a banana for snack and mushroom w/olive tapenade for lunch with veggies. Someone in the company brought pizza around 3pm but I resisted and ate half my Lara bar.
When I got home in the evening I made my daughter and I an apple/pear/kale green smoothie. But then our next door neighbors and good friends invited us for pizza and salad.
I tried to stick with salad but I have not found a raw dressing I like so I allowed myself the non raw caesar dressing. I did good most of the evening and then slipped and had 1 piece of pizza (no meat).
No beating myself up. I stopped there and had my green smoothie this morning. I'm just moving forward.
And now I'm off for some shopping!
