Give Me One Good Reason...
Here's the deal. I've been high raw eater and recently took the plunge and began eating 100% raw. I thought I'd experience 100% raw for 90 days or so to see if I noticed any appreciable differences that would result in my remaining a raw vegan. I've been 100% for about three weeks.
Now here I am today reeeeeeeeeeally craving something cooked. I want a cooked vegan dinner sooooooo bad. None of my raw goodies are satisfying me in the same way. I'm reasonably healthy. I definitely need to shed some pounds but was already experiencing weight loss as a vegan. Give me one good reason why I should stick it out on my 100% raw quest. I'm going to print your repsonses and post them where I can see them when I feel myself about to call in an order to my favorite vegan eatery. I'm looking at the menu now....help (signing off as she tightly clutches the menu).
