Tommorow I am going to prepare my prefast. I have to admit I am nervous, anxious and excited about the changes or what to expect on my cleanse. My main concern is the amount of exercise I will be doing too... I start my personal trainings tommorow also. I feel like I can't put it off anymore so I am not sure if I should increase the amounts of juices I am going to intake on days I weight train or what.... I know I will be ok... but at the same time I don't want to kill myself. I read somewhere, where its ok to exercise while fasting... but not too vigourously. I guess I will just have to see how my body responds and I'll take it from there. I just came from the gym now and had a blah workout. It was a latin aerobics class and I feel like I didn't get a good workout... I am off to preparing what I am going to eat tomm... Thanks for reading.
