baaaack at it
hi
i missed a couple days...
not totally, but spiritually.
i wasn't into the raw thing.
i did two meals a day raw..which is FABULOUS
but then kinda ate other stuff that called to me
i won't mention the items i ate here, cause it just gives them more life and puts them into your brains
and you know what i discovered...
i feel like crap!
mentally i hve room to roam around the food choices
but physically, i feel icky, heavy, stuffy, yucky
today i will make juice in the morning to add to to my smoothie
and eat a fabulous salad for lunch. that will feel good
