Day 5
Saturday went well concidering I worked my part time job and I don't use the commnunity fridge in the break room so I just brought a lot of fruits that didn't need to be chilled so I didn't bring anything "prepared".
Since I work in the office I brought a bag full of apples, bananas and an orange. So with that and a lot of water, I was pretty well stocked for the day. On my way home I went shopping for the next couple of days.
All in all it was a great day. I work at a craft store and it was crazy busy and I never felt like I was dragging at all througout the day like I normally do.
So I definately feel a difference in only 5 days, not a huge difference but I feel slight differences already. For example, my left ankle has been swollen for some time now. I'm not sure why it's just one ankle but I noticed it has gone down a bit. It's still a bit swollen but it doesn't feel as bad and tight as it usually does.
And the biggest thing I've noticed (regarding aches and pains) is that my lower back hasn't been as painful as normal. I still have pain but lately it had been so bad that if I sit for any extended period of time on my couch leaning over my coffee table (I do a lot of crafts there) that when I get up I can't stand straight right away because of the lower back pain is intense. And I did notice today that it hasn't been bothering me in that way. I've been able to stand right up without hunching to avoid the lower pain.
That alone motivates me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to weigh in Tuesday and share my first weeks progress.
