Happy Day 1!
The weather was so wonderful this weekend, and I spent plenty of time outside working in the yard. Seemed appropriate to clean up my 'natural surroundings' on the outside while contemplating doing the same on the inside. Ran today (and yesterday) and my plan is to be up to run before hubby goes to work...so that means 5:30am! I am hoping to be in bed at 10pm every night as well. I have a tendancy to stay up past when I am sleepy which does nothing for me the next day when my kids are up at 7:30 am.
More sleep, staying hydrated and exercising...definite part of the 'plan' here.
I also want to incorporate meditation into my routine...I used to do it every day and then I had kids, lol. One step at a time...
Today I ate:
Blueberry & almond milk smoothie with green powder
ALOT of baby carrots
2 raw bars (made by me)
2 or 3 'fudge' balls
big salad with sprouts, cukes, zuicchini, summer squash, tomatoes and a flax oil and lemon dressing
