Day one:

I am already raw in one week... if you want to see the first results go to my homepage on photos( maybe its good for keeping motivation up ;) )www.punkspirit.de.vu

weight 135.2 lbs

breakfast: Fuji-apples

lunch: Fuji-apples

dinner: Salad with champignons, carottes, cucumber, avocado, salad-onion, lime, bananas

I think that was all... maybe I'll take some apple later if I get hungry again... I did not count pieces or gramms of food on purpose because I have an eating disorder with anorectic phases and if I start counting like "breakfast today = 2 apples" I get in trouble that I cant allow myself to eat more the next day... even if I am hungry... and that leads slowly but certainly into the next eating attack... so I only write WHAT I had ;)

That was a nice start into the challenge...
