Sorry I've been out of commission for a bit, but so much has been happening!
would you believe that my husband is on his 8th day RAW!! AND LOVIN' IT!!

I am in complete SHOCK that he has lasted this long, but he says he's feeling sooo much better and last night when he played racqet ball, he had no pain and played better than he had in a long time!

Last Saturday, we went up to West Palm Beach and went on a date to the Raw underground...Beppa raved about it so much & now I see why!

It was absolutely heavenly! I had raw pad thai, with coconut water for my drink and my hubby had a raw pinneapple pizza....And for desert, we had the key lime pie! SOOO MUCH BETTER THAN COOKED!!

When the chef came out, I didn't have words for her to express how wonderful everything was, so I just stood up & hugged her and said, "Thank you!" She just laughed and hugged me back! She spoiled my husband, though....She's from Jamaica, like him, and she made sure that we had everything we needed...

When I asked for a glass of water, the other co-owner came out and poured what I thought was the best water I have ever tasted!! I didn't even think water could taste that good! It was infused with fresh cucumber, lemon, and had beautiful, edible flowers floating in the pitcher...(the cucubers & lemon had been taken out)

In that time, I was swept away.....I forgot that I was in a city, in the heart of West Palm Beach, with traffic passing by...i tell you, the power of RAW can actually make you forget where you are...It's so good!

Welll, off to watch American Idol!
