It’s finally done! Well, almost…. Ok, it will always be a work in progress, but we are ready to open!!!

The place looks great, the food for opening night looks and taste fantastic and my staff is the BEST!!!!

Some food stuff for the first weekend: (we’ll have fancy names, but just wanted to give you a teaser)
For appetizers –
Fig ravioli with in a coconut cream sauce.
Tabouli with crisp onion bread…..
For entrees’ -
Our signature dish – Gnocchi in a creamy alfredo sauce topped with fresh peas snapped from the shell.
Land and Sea – Exotic Mushroom Pavé (black trumpet mushrooms, hedgehog mushrooms, and many others) mixed with sea veggies and layered between ricotta cheese.
Stuffed peppers with mole sauce. A side of guacamole and mango salad.
