I want to thank everyone who has participated in this RawFoodTalk.com forum. There have been some amazing exchanges here and so many words of wisdom spoken. But its time for me to close this board. I am moving on to new ventures and feel that its time for me to let this go. A forum of this size takes loads of money, time and energy. I have not been keeping up with the forum upgrades, the spam problems, etc…. which is resulting in many disgruntled emails and people calling the office daily. I’m sorry to disappoint the many of you who have spent your time and wonderful words of help and inspiration here. I hope that you have all benefited from this board and that it has helped you on your path to optimal health. I know many of you have made lasting friendships here as well. I will leave this board up for a month of so, so that you may copy what you need and any information you would like to save.

Thank you for being part of the RawFoodTalk.com community! It’s been a wonderful ride! I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next for all of you and of course, you can keep up with my adventures through my blog, Facebook and twitter. I am continuing my certification trainings and there will be some exciting new classes, events and projects coming into fruition in the near future!

I have the *Best* raw fairy friend a raw girl could ask for.
I got the most lovely raw chocolate cake shipped to me
yesterday for my ***BiRthDay***!!!!
I feel so loved. I hope my raw fairy friend knows how much I love her too.
What a sweet birthday surprise! It's as good as it looks too!
Oh and lets not forget the new raw cookbook I got from her too!
She sent me, "I AM Grateful" recipes & lifestyle of Cafe Gratitude.
I can't wait to make some new raw recipes. I am GrateFul for my raw fairy.

On the me front, my stress has decreased finally.
I was throwing a big 40th Anniversary party for my in laws this
past weekend among other things going on in my life.
I loved doing it, but honestly have been really overwhelmed
lately and really wanting to work *on myself*.
I go in and out of bouts of depression, and negative self talk.
But when I eat raw that greatly improves...what a great reminder to
take good care of ourselves. Also, the kindness of others, like my fairy
friend, really does make a difference to there lives, and I thank her for that.
I do need to start finding that in myself though too. U know, the whole
self love thing, and really getting that in one's psychy that one deserves
to love themselves and it's ok to not be perfect too...all that kind of jive.

I *visualize* myself a raw Goddess, fit and glowing, kind, loving and playful.
It will happen, just see.

The cake was bought thru Cynthia Beaver's out of Tulsa.
She ships overnight with dry ice so it arrived in perfect condition.
